IT Recruitment Officer

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working directly with the sales teams, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding IT and/or business consultants.

• Gather recruitment requirements,
• Write advertisements and post job offers online,
• Conduct sourcing activities: identify profiles on job boards, social networks, CV databases, etc.
• Qualify applications: conduct telephone pre-selection interviews, schedule appointments, conduct individual interviews, administer technical tests, etc.
• Monitor and oversee the entire recruitment process,
• Produce weekly reports on your activity, update dashboards and our application management tool.
• With a degree in human resources or equivalent, you have proven initial experience in recruitment, ideally in an IT services company or recruitment agency as a recruitment officer.
• You are proficient in office software and are interested in new technologies.
• You are dynamic, committed and responsive, with proven interpersonal skills and good listening skills, and you are highly motivated to work in the recruitment industry.
