Our hiring process is based on three major steps:

Apply

Respond to a job offer posting or apply just because.

Application assessment

Your application will be carefully assessed, and you will be invited for interview if your professional ambitions appear to align with the positions we have available and opportunities for career progression at Objectware

Interview

You will be invited to attend at least two interviews, complete with a technical/operational test and/or an English language test and potentially even a personality test.
The number of interviews and tests will depend on candidate and position numbers.
