Your responsibilities
As an application support consultant (N2), you will participate in the configuration phases of the deployed solution and provide daily support to users:
- Application configuration and deployment
- Creating and updating support documentation
- Implementing monitoring/alerting procedures
- Processing tickets and resolving user incidents
- Proposing and implementing workarounds/continuous improvement solutions
- Ensuring long-term user satisfaction
- Occasional on-call duty (weekdays and weekends)
- Occasional travel abroad
Your profile
- Holder of a degree in computer science and initial successful experience: 2 years of higher education with at least 2 years of experience or 5 years of higher education with an end-of-study internship.
- Team spirit and adaptability.
- Enjoy challenges and taking on responsibility.
- Required skills: Proficiency in SQL required, good level of English.
- Tools: JIRA, GLPI, EASY VISTA.
