Your responsibilities

As an application support consultant (N2), you will participate in the configuration phases of the deployed solution and provide daily support to users:

  • Application configuration and deployment
  • Creating and updating support documentation
  • Implementing monitoring/alerting procedures
  • Processing tickets and resolving user incidents
  • Proposing and implementing workarounds/continuous improvement solutions
  • Ensuring long-term user satisfaction
  • Occasional on-call duty (weekdays and weekends)
  • Occasional travel abroad
Your profile
  • Holder of a degree in computer science and initial successful experience: 2 years of higher education with at least 2 years of experience or 5 years of higher education with an end-of-study internship.
  • Team spirit and adaptability.
  • Enjoy challenges and taking on responsibility.
  • Required skills: Proficiency in SQL required, good level of English.
  • Tools: JIRA, GLPI, EASY VISTA.
