IT Recruitment Manager

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working directly with the sales teams, you will be tasked with the entire recruitment process from sourcing to integrating new IT and/or department consultants.

Your responsibilities
  • Defining recruitment needs,
  • Writing job offers and posting them online,
  • Conducting sourcing campaigns: identifying profiles on job boards, social media, CV data bases, etc.
  • Filtering applications: pre-interviews on the phone, scheduling appointments, conducting one-on-one interviews, organising technical tests, etc.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring things run smoothly,
  • Submitting weekly reports on your progress, updating dashboards and our application management tool.
Your profile
  • The ideal candidate will be trained in human resources or similar, with some successful work experience in recruitment under their belt, ideally within a digital company or in a recruitment agency as a recruitment manager,
  • You should have excellent desktop tool skills and be open to and aware of new technologies,
  • You should be pro-active, energetic, committed and responsive, with clear interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills, with a passion for recruitment.
