For our second after-work session in Bordeaux, we invited employees to put their agility to the test with a climbing workshop! As soon as they arrived at the Arkose, a climbing wall complex in Bordeaux city centre, participants were kitted out with the gear they needed to take part: climbing shoes. An instructor led the team through the process, helping them learn the ropes (literally!) to experiment with different difficulty levels over the course of an hour. Their hard work paid off, and the team kicked back with a drink afterwards to relax and debate how they all did. This month, Ismail explains how he arrived at Objectware. After being awarded his Baccalaureate in Experimental Sciences in 2005, Ismail decided to study electronics/physics at university. Two years in, he realised he was more interested in professional, hands-on training. In 2009, Ismail was awarded his first professional diploma in technical IT development at the Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée Ben M’Sik. He continued his studies in Information System Engineering and was ultimately awarded a Masters-level diploma in Software Engineering. In June, we signed a new four-year contract with France Télévisions. France Télévisions is France's leading audiovisual group in terms of audience numbers, and oversees public television activities from production to broadcasting. Since 4 January 2010, the group has positioned itself as a joint venture with a focus on merging channels.
