Aurélien Bétourné, Rayd Tarafi, Benjamin Ivain, Charles Renaux, and Clément Lasselin, DUT and Master’s in Computer Science students, joined us as “Junior Web Developer” interns 💻 a few weeks ago.

Met during a forum organized by the University of Lille for some, sourced via job boards for others, they all stood out for their desire to take up a new professional challenge! 💪

As soon as they began, they have joined Objectware’s “Welcome” program. The goal? Prepare them as well as possible to integrate a consulting mission similar to those they may encounter when they leave school and thus facilitate their integration into the job market.
👨‍🎓This 3-week training program provided by our teams is an opportunity to discuss with our trainers who are above all professionals aware of the reality on the ground, but also to be accompanied and advised by our HR team in order to prepare them as well as possible to meet our customers.

✅ On a 4 to 6 month internship with our clients, with a permanent contract, this is a first concrete step for them in the world of IT consulting.
