David Pinto CEO of ObjectwareFollowing the creation of Objectware Training, David Pinto, President of Objectware, answers our questions to present the new training subsidiary of the group launched in early 2022.

What is Objectware Training?

“Objectware Training is the training institute of the Objectware group. It was created following the acquisition of the Lille-based company Leansys. Its creation is the result of our desire to train our consultants, but also to develop our business and attract new talent.

What is the added value of Objectware Training compared to other training centers that exist today?

“Objectware Training’s core business is to train our consultants, as well as our customers, on everything related to digital transformation.

We have a relatively strong position on these digitalization technologies, and our highly developed expertise, especially in application development in a cloud environment, allows us to offer a differentiating training program.

Our goal is to be recognized as cloud specialists through certifications recognizing the quality of our training, such as the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification.

Our ambition for Objectware Training is to increase its skills on other market platforms with AWS and Azure, without excluding all technologies related to Data management.”

Your rich training catalog today offers the possibility to develop one’s knowledge on various technologies; how is this choice of training to be delivered?

“We are progressively extending this training catalog while taking care to preserve Objectware’s DNA, which is multi-specialist in a certain number of business sectors.

Although Objectware Training’s core business is digital transformation, we also want to integrate training courses that reflect the expertise of our practices, such as the Payment Methods practice, which is recognized today for the quality of its experts on Swift and the various payment systems for the BFA sector.

We are thus enriching our catalog by developing other types of training, such as Devops, or even Scrum, but also by offering customized training, adapted to the specific needs of our customers.”

What are your long-term ambitions for Objectware Training?

“We have an ambitious marketing plan, and in the short term, we want to not only train all of our consultants, as well as our current clients, but also attract new clients.

In the next 2-3 years, our goal is to provide 2500 to 3000 days of training per year, while allowing our clients to finance 100% of their training, notably thanks to our Qualiopi certification.

Our ambition is, as mentioned before, to keep Objectware’s DNA by pursuing our expertise developed over the years on niche topics and new technologies.”
