Detailed description of the project
Objectives:
- Migrating all entities to their new EAI for SWIFT flow processing
- Improving and streamlining the SWIFT infrastructure
- Urbanising and industrialising exchanges
- Setting up a new MX standard for clients
Our consultants work in the following areas:
- Internal projects in line with rolling out the group’s strategies and offering a highly resilient SWIFT exchange platform: setting up a new EAI, streamlining platforms, optimising service, etc.
- Major regulatory-based projects on a national and international scale, emerging new XML flow types, etc.
- Assessing clients’ SWIFT-related needs, impact studies, requirement management and project schedule mapping
- Drawing up expressed needs
- Setting up solutions and configurations on SAA, SAG, EAI SWING, SIDE, PLASNET, WEBPF
- Setting up MX standards for subsidiaries with client-specific connections and using new input tools
- Acceptance data sheets, test scenarios, conducting tests, documenting the results
- Integration tests and deliverables management
- Interfacing between the development, infrastructure and project management teams
- Presenting and demonstrating how new solutions are used across our French- and English-speaking subsidiaries.
- Coordinating with all technical teams and projects and sponsors.
- Change management
- Drawing up training materials, user guides and various working documents.
- Leading project meetings
- Overseeing production start-up and Level 3 support
- SWIFT monitoring, analysing new releases and recommendations
