BFI CONSOLIDATION: Strengthening Objectware’s leadership in the Banking, Finance and Insurance sector.
SALES STRATEGY: Diversify its customer portfolio focused on other sectors of activity (Industry, Services, Media, Energy, Retail, Telecom,…)
GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE: Cover the entire national territory with the opening of new agencies in the southeast. In parallel, international development (Belgium/Switzerland)
POWER OFFER DEVELOPMENT: Aim for 30% of our sales on the Power offer and open 3 service centers in Lille, Strasbourg and Bordeaux
HR GROWTH: A significant recruitment plan, as well as the continuous improvement of our employees’ well-being
OBJECTWARE TRAINING: Development of our training center and intensification of internal sessions to develop the expertise of our employees
