Sales Administrator

Within our Sales Management department, you will join a team of five people.

Your responsibilities

– Management of customer and subcontractor contracts (service contracts, provision of all legal information, etc.)
– Collection of monthly activity reports (CRA)
– Implementation of end-of-month invoicing and settlement of all disputes related to customer invoicing (credit notes, supplementary invoices, etc.)
– Preparation of year-end discounts (YED)
– Daily liaison with all sales staff and consultants
– Monitoring of subcontractors and preparation of subcontractor payments

Your profile

With a minimum of two years of higher education, you have at least six months to one year of experience in a similar or equivalent position (internship in an IT services company accepted).

The qualities required for this position are as follows:
– You are organised, dynamic and have good interpersonal skills.
– You are comfortable with numbers and enjoy working in a team.
– Your commercial acumen will be a real asset in this role.
– You have a good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). You also have excellent spelling skills.
