Systems Engineer
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Systems & Virtualization Engineer to work on complex infrastructure environments.
You will contribute to the administration, development, and optimization of system platforms and virtualized infrastructures, while participating in projects to transform and continuously improve IT environments.
You will work closely with the infrastructure, network, security, and application production teams.
Your responsibilities
Your daily routine as a systems engineer:
As part of the production team, you will be responsible for:
- Administering and maintaining system environments and virtualization platforms.
- Participating in the deployment, development, and optimization of virtualized infrastructures.
- Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of system environments.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrade and modernization projects
- Implement updates, security patches, and obsolescence management
- Contribute to the automation of operational and administrative tasks
- Participate in incident management and advanced support
- Write and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system environments
Your profile
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- You have 3 to 8 years of experience in systems administration and virtualization.
- You are proficient in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- You have solid experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- You have worked in complex infrastructure environments
- You have skills in automation or scripting
- You are rigorous, independent, and have strong analytical skills
- You enjoy working collaboratively with different technical teams
