Scrum Master
Joining Objectware means becoming part of teams of experts in business and technology issues.
As a Scrum Master in the banking sector, you will be involved in the transformation programs of major players in the industry.
Your role: supporting Agile teams, securing deliveries, and promoting effective team dynamics in complex and highly regulated environments.
Working closely with IT teams, Product Owners, business departments (production, maintenance, supply chain, quality, etc.) and project stakeholders, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Supporting one or more teams in adopting the Scrum framework
- Leading Agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Promoting collaboration between technical and industrial teams
- Identifying and removing obstacles impacting team performance
- Monitoring delivery indicators (velocity, quality, commitment, meeting deadlines)
- Promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog
- Participating in Agile initiatives at scale (SAFe, Agile@Scale, etc.)
- Contribute to industrial digitalization projects (ERP, MES, supply chain tools, data platforms, etc.)
You will work in environments combining industrial IS, operational challenges in the field, and large-scale digital transformation.
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- You have significant experience in the industrial sector.
- You are proficient in the Scrum framework and Agile practices.
- You have already worked in multi-team or Agile contexts at scale
- You are recognized for your facilitation skills and natural leadership
- You are able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and field teams
- You are structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented
Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
