Project Management Officer (PMO)
Joining Objectware means becoming part of teams of experts in business and technology issues.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to work on high-visibility strategic programs with major accounts in all sectors (banking, insurance, industry, services, energy, etc.).
Your role: to structure, secure, and optimize the management of complex projects and programs, ensuring consistency, performance, and control of commitments.
Your daily routine as a PMO:
Working closely with business departments, sponsors, project managers, and IT teams, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Managing and consolidating the overall budget for projects or programs
Assessing and monitoring risks (critical and major) at the program level
Build and maintain a consolidated multi-project schedule
Ensure overall progress monitoring (milestones, dependencies, workloads, capacity)
Produce consolidated reports (KPIs, performance indicators, workload plans, committees)
Prepare and structure materials for steering committees and governance bodies
Support project managers in operational management and risk management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of steering methods and tools
Be a source of proposals on processes, tools, and organizations that optimize program performance
You will work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with significant challenges in terms of coordination, visibility, and commitment management.
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- You have significant experience as a PMO or in project/program management.
- You have worked in structured and demanding environments.
- You are proficient in management tools (planning, budget monitoring, reporting, KPIs).
- You are accustomed to preparing and leading steering committees.
- You are rigorous, structured, and results-oriented
- You know how to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders (business lines, IT, management)
- You are able to assist in decision-making through summary analyses and selection files
A project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
