Insurance Business Analyst
As part of the development of our activities in the insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (5 to 10 years’ experience) to work on transformation projects with major insurance players.
At the heart of these projects, you will play a key role in aligning business needs with IT solutions in complex and highly regulated environments.
You will be involved in areas such as life insurance, property and casualty insurance, contract management, claims management, and regulatory and digital transformation projects.
Your responsibilities
Your daily routine as a Business Analyst:
Working with business teams, IT teams, and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering, analyzing, and challenging business requirements
- Leading functional workshops with business and IT teams
- Writing detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Performing impact analyses on existing systems
- Participate in insurance business process transformation projects
- Act as the interface between business teams and technical teams
- Support development phases and coordinate functional acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in production rollout and functional support phases
- Contribute to the improvement of business processes and tools
Your profile
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- You have significant experience in the insurance industry.
- You have a good understanding of insurance products and processes.
- You have worked on topics such as contract management, claims management, life or property and casualty insurance, and policy and claims management tools.
- You are comfortable in complex IT environments
- You are proficient in Agile/Scrum or V-model methodologies
- You have excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- You know how to thrive in demanding and regulated environments
