Industry Product Owner
Joining Objectware means becoming part of teams of experts in business and technology issues.
As a Product Owner in the industrial sector, you will be involved in digital transformation programs for major industrial groups (e-commerce, energy, transportation, logistics, supply chain, etc.).
Your role: to promote the product vision, structure priorities, and ensure the delivery of high value-added digital solutions for operations.
Your responsibilities
Working closely with business teams (production, supply chain, maintenance, quality, etc.), IT teams, and technical partners, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and embodying the product vision in line with industrial challenges
- Gathering and challenging business needs
- Building, prioritizing, and maintaining the Product Backlog
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)
- Arbitrate priorities based on business value and operational constraints
- Ensure the functional consistency of solutions (ERP, MES, supply chain tools, data platforms, etc.)
- Monitor developments and validate deliverables
- Support the deployment of solutions at industrial sites
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and the digitization of operations
- You will work in complex environments, combining industrial IS, data, automation, and field performance challenges.
Your profile
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst with product responsibilities.
- You have significant experience in the industrial sector.
- You are proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- You know how to prioritize by value and manage a strategic backlog.
- You understand the challenges of production, supply chain, maintenance, and quality.
- You are able to communicate effectively with both business teams in the field and technical teams.
- You are organized, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, etc.), MES, or industrial data solutions is a plus.
