Business Analyst (M / F)

– Supporting business teams with their development needs
– Defining business requirements
– Conducting impact studies
– Monitoring the actions of other IT teams in cross-functional projects
– Drafting functional specifications
– Monitoring developments and qualification
– Implement cross-functional acceptance testing
– Ensure the quality of deliverables
– Monitor requests for production deployment
– Analyse and resolve incidents and production issues (application corrections, data recovery management)
– Ad hoc retro-analysis
