Bank Scrum Master
Joining Objectware means becoming part of teams of experts in business and technology issues.
As a Scrum Master in the banking sector, you will be involved in the transformation programs of major players in the banking industry (retail banking, investment banking, payments, risk, compliance, etc.).
Your role will be to support Agile teams, secure deliveries, and foster a high-performance collective dynamic in complex and highly regulated environments.
Your daily routine as a Scrum Master:
Working closely with IT teams, Product Owners, business units, and project stakeholders, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Supporting one or more teams in adopting and mastering the Scrum framework
- Leading Agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business units
- Identifying and removing obstacles impacting team performance
- Ensuring compliance with Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Monitoring performance indicators (velocity, burn-down, quality, commitment)
- Supporting the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the backlog
- Contributing to Agile transformation at scale (SAFe, Agile@Scale, etc.)
You will work in complex IT environments (core banking, risk tools, payments, repositories, etc.) where coordination, rigor, and adaptability are essential
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- You have significant experience in the banking sector.
- You have a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework.
- You have already worked in large-scale Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent).
- You are recognized for your facilitation skills, natural leadership, and ability to bring people together
- You know how to support change and manage multi-stakeholder environments
- You are organized, a good teacher, and focused on continuous improvement
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, etc.) is a plus.
