Analyste commercial en conformité

As part of the development of our activities in the banking sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst specialising in banking compliance to work on strategic regulatory programmes.

You will be involved in projects related to the fight against financial crime and compliance mechanisms, particularly in the following areas:

KYC (Know Your Customer)
AML / LCB-FT (Anti-Money Laundering)
Sanctions screening
Transaction Monitoring
Fraud and transaction monitoring
Regulatory reporting

You will participate in the implementation and development of compliance tools used by major financial institutions.

Your responsibilities

Your daily routine as a Compliance Business Analyst:

Working with the Compliance, Risk, Business and IT teams, you will be required to:

Gather and analyse the needs of the Compliance and Risk teams.
Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
Participate in projects related to KYC, AML-CFT, sanctions and transaction monitoring systems.
Lead workshops with business and IT teams
Conduct regulatory impact analyses on existing systems
Write user stories, functional specifications and project documentation
Act as the interface between compliance business teams and technical teams
Support development phases and coordinate functional acceptance testing (UAT)
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of regulatory changes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and business processes

Your profile

We are a good fit if you have the following skills:

You have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
You have significant experience in the banking sector.
You have worked on projects related to banking compliance.
You are familiar with regulatory issues such as:
KYC, AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting.
Ideally, you have worked with tools such as Fircosoft, Actimize, World-Check or Firco Continuity
You are proficient in Agile/Scrum or V-cycle methodologies
You have excellent analytical, summarising and communication skills
