Head of Business Unit
Within the Group Operations Department, reporting to the COO, you will manage our ‘Industries & Services’ Business Unit, which comprises several clients and consultants (Accor Group, EDF, RTE, France Television, TOTAL, Editions Francis Lefebvre, etc.), two sales representatives under your direct management and a backlog of €8 million in revenue.
• You ensure the development and sustainability of your profit centre (existing portfolio and new clients)
• You analyse technical support, ATG/CDS and package requirements
• You present the best technical solutions and draft the associated commercial proposals
• You lead, supervise and develop your sales team
• You will recruit your consultants and manage their careers (monitoring assignments, annual reviews, liaising with the HR team).
• As a true business leader, you will manage your own profit centre and ensure that your margins are maintained.
With a five-year degree (engineering school, university, business school), you have 3 to 7 years of experience working for an IT services company.
We are looking for someone with initial successful experience as a manager or business engineer who wants to move into a managerial position.
