Project pilot / access manager

We are looking for a project manager/access manager for one of our clients.
You will be involved in the deployment phase of telephony and enterprise data solutions for B2B customers. Working closely with deployment project managers, you will coordinate with operators to manage orders for physical link access and number portability, ensuring that customer commitments are met on time.
- Order management:
- Ensuring order reliability
- Ensuring delivery of access in accordance with operator commitments
Monitoring progress and contributing to various committees
Management:
- Manage the various operator contractual milestones
- Carry out and manage escalations in accordance with the process
- Provide support/advice on the operator domain
- Communicate on the progress of orders and any difficulties encountered
- Propose workarounds to meet customer deadlines/needs.
With a minimum of three years of higher education in the telecommunications sector, you have at least two years’ experience working for a telecoms operator. You have a very good understanding of the challenges involved in fibre deployment (FTTH/FTTO/FTTE) and services (internet, voice, MPLS, VPN, data centre). You are proficient in Excel and are known for your rigour and interpersonal skills.
