Operational Account Manager

We are looking for an operational account manager for one of our clients.

Your responsibilities

You will be the primary operational contact for corporate clients in monitoring their fixed and mobile solutions and the ambassador for B2B clients within our client organisation. You will play a genuine advisory role:

Drafting and updating appropriate operating procedures

Monitoring and reporting to clients on operational performance and the achievement of contractual service levels:

  • Producing dashboards and analysing contractual indicators
  • Leading regular operational committee meetings with clients
  • Measuring and analysing client usage of the services provided
  • Advising clients on how to optimise and upgrade the fixed and mobile solutions they use
  • Acting as an escalation point for clients in the event of problems and managing the associated action plans
  • Occasional involvement in pre-sales activities to present the missions and benefits of GOC services

You will also be responsible for cross-functional projects to which you will be asked to contribute.

Your profile

With a minimum of two to three years of higher education in the telecommunications sector, you have at least two years’ experience in a similar position with a telecoms operator. You have a good knowledge of fibre optics and related services.

You are proficient in Excel and spreadsheets and are known for your rigour and interpersonal skills.
