OBJECTWARE HAUTS-DE-FRANCE AT INSA’S BUSINESS FORUM 🚀
Last week, our team from Lille participated in the Business Forum organized by the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées Hauts-De-France, in Valenciennes!
On this occasion, Ludivine Houyoux, recruitment officer, and Aurélien Bétourné, FullStack Web and Mobile Developer and alumnus of the Polytechnic University, came to meet students and young graduates in order to present the integration programs and career plans at Objectware.
Thanks to this day rich in exchanges, several students will join our teams in internship, during 2023!
This integration program created by our team in Lille allows young talents to start their career with a “Welcome Session”.
Whether you are a recent graduate or a professional retraining, you have the opportunity to start your experience with a 3-week technical training program given by experienced consultants!
The objective? To prepare you for your daily life as a consultant at Objectware in order to intervene at our customers’ sites.
⭐️ Aurélien, a graduate of INSA in 2022, is our best ambassador since he benefited from this program himself! He joined our teams as an end-of-studies intern to work on a web and mobile development mission for a major retail account in Lille.
Hired on a permanent contract at the end of his studies, he is now a FullStack Web and Mobile Developer.
