On thursday 09th and friday 10th december, the Objectware's direction invited all of its staff to a team building in our beautiful capital. These two days were organized in purpose to thank all of the staff members for their excellent results and their performance in this year 2021. This gathering was also an opportunity for all the staff to exchange but also, for some, to meet and to strenghten the team spirit and cohesion.

Objectware is proud to once again appear in the top 100 of the ESN & ICT Wide Angle survey, published by Numeum and KMPG in November 2021. The presence of Objectware in this ranking is representative of all the commitments and the growth strategy maintained by the group, despite the health crisis. It is thanks to ambition and a strong development strategy, supported by employees, that Objectware has managed to retain its place in this ranking.

Objectware is proud to maintain its status and be part of the Great Place to Work 2021-2022 community for the second year in a row! The primary characteristic of companies with the Great Place to Work label is above all based on an employee experience as their purpose but also their strategy. It is therefore no surprise that Objectware is renewing its status as a Great Place to Work, which is the culmination of a series of collective efforts that have helped to produce excellent working conditions. As a pure player in industrial and digital transformation consulting, Objectware announces the acquisition of the « Lilloise » ESN Leansys and its training subsidiary Leansys Training. Since 2014, Leansys (2.6 M € turnover and 30 consultants) has supported large account & mid-market customers, mainly Retail, in the development of application solutions in a cloud environment. For this new start of the year, Objectware has organised a training about agile methods having a special focus on the scrum method, animated by our expert and agile coach Latifa for our consultants. This year, our annual evening event in Paris was all about the magic! Thank you to everyone who joined us. It was a fantastic moment, a shared experience that warmed our hearts ? On Thursday 22 November, the Saint Fiacre opened its doors to treat us to an incredible immersive experience that gave us the opportunity to introduce you to Objectware's new digital identity. In a room flooded with blue light, David Pinto reported back on our company's results, summarising all the positive things we've achieved and showcasing the group's stand-out energy. To end 2018 in style, Objectware invited our employees' families to raise a glass around our unmissable Christmas tree! The Louvre Factory was transformed into a magical setting to treat young and old alike to something a little special ? A fête was put on for children to enjoy, featuring coconut shies, hooplas, a giant mikado game, fishing rod surprises, snow globe workshops and an amazing Christmas show! Father Christmas made a star appearance as the day drew to a close, handing out presents to all the children.
