Detailed description of the project

This project consists of setting up a production chain bringing together all the content as well as the processing necessary to feed the various platforms accessible by customers.

In addition, this application must allow the recording and modification of all content and ensure significant scalability.

Drawbacks and key success
Need for support during Sprint 0 to finalize the organization related to Agile mode.
Objective: to have a well-specified and prioritized product backlog.
Action: The setting up of several workshops made it possible to take this delicate step.
Result: Clear and prioritized product backlog allowing the development team to perform well.
