- Tests and result analysis for OST, Income, Tax and Settlement
- Tests and non-regression
- Tests with different interfaces and departments: SIBES/Néolink/Geode/Lap/Actimize/Broadridge
- Production launch
- Analysing technical and operational incidents
- Monitoring, analysing and testing system corrections made by the supplier via the Quality Centre
- Improving tool quality
- Handling risk management and client service maintenance by adapting the BANCS system’s features.
- Coordinating specifications with the BANCS tool’s publisher.
- Creating automated reports
- Drafting procedures
- User support and training
