Within the ISD, the Quality Team Manager assigns the projects to be monitored by the Pilots. He organizes synchronization with the various departments (Architecture, security, MOA and MOE) and takes part in all IT Governance steering meetings.
The steering/quality team must ensure that the project managers deliver their indicators while respecting deadlines, budgets, quality and relations with sponsors.

Detailed description of the project
Our intervention concerns the support of the 40 project managers for a portfolio of around one hundred projects and the monitoring of around thirty indicators:
Project portfolio monitoring
Project quality assurance review
Control of compliance with SDLC governance
Coaching and training of Project Managers and project teams
Preparation of project review committees
Drawbacks and key success
Need for strong support from CDPs for reporting.
