Your responsibilities
Your daily routine as an AI Business Analyst
As an experienced Business Analyst (5 to 10 years’ experience), you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Gathering, analysing and formalising business requirements
- Drafting functional specifications and user stories
- Leading workshops with business, IT and data teams
- Conducting impact studies and feasibility analyses
- Participating in the definition of AI use cases (automation, scoring, decision support, LLM, RPA, etc.)
- Translating business requirements into requirements that can be used by technical teams
- Monitoring development phases and participating in acceptance testing (UAT)
- Supporting change and driving the adoption of AI solutions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
Your profile
We are a good fit if you have the following skills:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Significant experience in complex IT environments
- Initial experience in AI/Data/Machine Learning (automation projects, scoring, chatbots, recommendation engines, etc.)
- Good understanding of data architectures and data governance issues
- Ability to link business issues and technical constraints
- Excellent analytical, summarising and communication skills
