Scrum Master (M/F) Business scope (Retail sector)
We are seeking a Scrum Master for one of our clients in the retail sector to work in the commercial area.
Your responsibilities
- Implementing the Scrum organisation while ensuring the proper application of this methodology to the project, involving all team members.
- Organising agile rituals and planning the various sprints, daily meetings, sprint reviews, etc.
- Facilitating the team’s daily work through individual and collective support with the aim of continuously improving processes.
- Act as the interface between the business and technical teams and understand the functional and technical constraints related to the project.
- Technical environment: Java, Spring, git, elasticksearch, kibana, grafana, etc.
Your profile
- Graduate of an engineering school or Master II in computer science.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in Scrum methodology and knowledge of the retail sector.
- Good listening and adaptation skills, leadership, team spirit and service-oriented.
- Organisational skills, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
