Delivery Manager / Pre-sales
For our ‘Power’ activities, we are looking for a Delivery Manager / Pre-Sales (M/F)
Reporting to the CEO and the Director of Operations, the Delivery Manager oversees several projects, mainly application-related, for which he or she is responsible as part of our ‘POWER’ offering. He or she is responsible for customer accounts and their development (occasional travel required). He or she works with project managers to build and monitor our customers’ projects.
You are responsible for the success of multi-year contracts (ATG, CDS, TMA, Service Contracts, etc.):
In this role, you will:
• Negotiate and ensure compliance with delivery commitments in line with the PAQL specific to each project
• Take charge of delivery and group commitments, in collaboration with the sales teams
• Lead steering committees and coordinate the various partners on projects.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction, financial management of projects and meeting deadlines.
• Manage your resources on the project and develop your teams through cross-training.
• Optimise the profitability of service contracts and our commitments.
• Participate in responses to calls for tenders.
• With a five-year degree, you have at least eight years’ experience in a similar position.
• Your interpersonal and writing skills are assets that enable you to demonstrate leadership.
• Proficiency in Agile project management.
• With a flair for sales, you have financial management skills.
