As an investment services provider, REGARDBTP records and executes financial transactions (subscriptions and redemptions of UCI units).
The production and availability constraints of the service are high to ensure good management of employee savings.
The application is used by less than a hundred internal users.
The 16,000 client companies and their 270,000 employees connect to it 24/7 to view their positions and carry out transactions.

Technological environment
WebSaving is a software developed in Java language on J2EE/MVC2 standards with an EJB persistence mode.
It is deployed on J2EE JBOSS and WebSphere application servers.
The tools used for the service are those of the PFD (development platform) PROBTP, namely:
- GIT/GITLAB, Eclipse, Maven 3, Jenkins, Junit, Selenium, Sonar and Checkstyle, JBOSS.
For monitoring development activity and teams, the Web Monitoring tool is used.
It is deployed on J2EE JBOSS and WebSphere application servers.

Project managed in CDS mode in Objectware premises with a team of 4 consultants: 1 Project Director, 1 Tech Lead, 2 Study and development engineers.
Detailed description of the project
We assess the charges corresponding to the requests formulated by REGARDBTP and define the scope taken into account for each Sprint according to capacities, charges and in accordance with the priorities expressed by REGARDBTP.
We carry out the developments, the unit tests, write the technical specifications and the functional documentation of the new developments.
We demonstrate the developments made at the end of each Sprint validating the acceptance criteria and correcting any anomalies raised on the recipe and on the production. We lead the various committees.
