Client case for ECOFI

Within the Operations Department, mission aimed at producing commercial and regulatory reporting (AIFM, SII, Basel 2 and Basel 3) for clients.

Production of periodic statements and reporting:

• Produce (calculate and/or extract from data sources) all the quantitative elements necessary for the reporting of UCI products and/or mandates (Performance, composition of portfolios, risk indicators, etc.)
• Ensure, in conjunction with other internal departments, the consistency of the data to be included in each reporting
• Ensure the integration of management comments from the financial managers of each product and, where applicable, qualitative extra-financial elements

Creation/evolution of reporting:

• Define the elements to be implemented in the reporting with the requester
• Set up the data production processes in coordination with the competent services
• Optimizing the production process by seeking automation and the relevance of controls in conjunction with the contributing departments, in particular the administration of the repository and IT
• Exchanging with the teams in charge of the administration of the repository (Base Values, Issuers), in order to ensure the accuracy of the information used.

Respond to ad hoc customer requests:

• Provide internal services, in particular services in relation to customers (Sales, Pre-Sales and After-Sales), technical elements in response to a customer request
• Develop tailor-made reporting, if necessary.
