🔝 TALENT COURSE – MAËL 🔝

Maël joined Objectware in January 2021 as a member of the Payment Methods Business Unit and quickly moved into a management position.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Maël has always been attracted to two areas:
👉 Commerce, for the contact with the customer, but also for the challenge that commercial development represents
👉 The banking sector, because of the rigor that this field requires as well as for its concrete impact on our world

Maël has an already rich background thanks to her various experiences in marketing, recruitment, and even brokerage, carried out in different, sometimes very competitive environments.

🚀 Looking for an opportunity that offers him the possibility to increase his skills while taking on a new challenge, Maël decided to join Objectware in January 2021, as a Business Engineer on Payment Means.

His missions of #business development, collection of customer needs, but also mapping in order to understand the ecosystems of his customers, offer him the opportunity to combine business and banking, as he wanted.

His commitment and professionalism have enabled Maël to evolve rapidly, since in July 2022 he was promoted to Branch Manager with management functions and support for employees in their professional development.
